In accordance with the settlement of the collective agreement the following payments will be made:
- 5% wage increase for all members covered by the Collective Agreement will be paid on Wednesday 26 July including any backdating to 1 July 2023. Available for download are the tables of wages rates: Final Terms of Settlement and Part 3 & 4 Rates.
- The Auckland Shift allowance will be paid next Wednesday. All NZPFU Auckland Local members covered by Parts 2 and 3 of the Collective Agreement are paid a shift worker allowance of $2600 annually to be paid in the first pay run following 1 July 2023. The allowance is paid pro-rata for the eligible employees that work in Auckland for less than the full year calculated from 1 July 2022.
